Due to the nature of this communication method, we prefer to call you rather than the other way around. So please contact us by any other mean, leave us a message and your preferred mean of communication.
Should it be a phone call, please leave us a phone number in the international format, including all local obligatory codes.

Should you leave us the non-complete number, or a number appearing in the international blacklist, or a number from proven scam campaigns, do not expect our call. We also reserve a right not to call in cases violating our “terms of service” or “privacy policy”.
It is safe to suggest that leaving an approachable email altogether with your phone increases your chances of being contacted.

Come meet us in person! Education Ecosystem has offices in Kiev, Berlin, Santa Monica in CA, and London.

9 Chat with EE live via a widget on our support portal
Chatting with Education Ecosystem crew members is one of the faster methods of communication. As you can chat with us in real time as well on Facebook, Slack, and Telegram, we leave the choice of communication mean on you.
Should you pick the live chat option in our portal widget, here is how you can do so:
- Open our main page, Education-Ecosystem.com, should you have an account, it would automatically direct you to the project page.
- In the bottom-left corner, you can see three vertically positioned dots with the word “More”. Click it.
3) This menu item will open more options for you. You are interested in one at the bottom “Support”.
4) This will take you to our customer support portal. There in the bottom-right corner, you can see black widget “Need help? Leave a Message”.
5) Open the widget and start your chat! We require every user to introduce himself with his name and email. You can also sign in with a Facebook account or Google account as a quick introductory option.
10 Submit a request via our support portal
Submitting a request to Education Ecosystem is similar to starting a chat with us.
- Open our main page, Education-Ecosystem.com, should you have an account, it would automatically direct you to the project page.
- In the bottom-left corner, you can see three vertically positioned dots with the word “More”. Click it.

4) This will take you to our customer support portal. There in the upper-right side of your screen you can see a button “Submit a Request”.
5) The button will take you to EE form where after filling the Email Address, the Subject and the Descriptions you can send us your inquiry. You may also add any relevant files to support your inquiry and to help us solve the issue quicker. Please avoid attaching files larger than 1 MB each.
IMPORTANT: Avoid potentially spammy content of your inquiry. The service is protected by a reCAPTCHA and all spammy contents are being automatically deleted for safety reasons.
We strive to answer your inquiry within 2 working days since its delivery.
